The Orders are usually sent from Hong Kong which is a free port. Because there is no sale tax imposed by Hong Kong government, customers will not pay any tax when shopping from us generally. As per our data, less than 1% of the orders were opened and checked by customs of the destination country. Customers are responsible to pay for the taxes if import taxes are charged. Although the possibility to have import taxes is near to zero, we strongly suggest that you'd better know your import policy before your purchase happens. We only freely offer tracking numbers for order over £20. We don’t offer tracking numbers for orders below £20 unless you add £2.50 for the cost of registered Airmail.

Free shipping to worldwide We offer the free shipping service for all shipments via Airmail. Only when the order amount is over £20, we can freely offer the tracking number. Our shipment is internationally delivered from the free port in Hong Kong. The delivery time is determined by the delivery method, destination, the custom clearance time and so on. Generally, We deliver the goods via registered Airmail Free for orders over £20, or Standard Airmail for orders under £20. The Difference is you get a tracking number for Registered Airmail and you dont for Standard Airmail. If you would like to get a tracking number for orders less than £20, We ask for a Fee of £2.50. Also you can choose EMS Express Delivery on our website, which will cost between £8 and £15 for orders under £20, and between £0 and £15 for orders above £20.

At this stage We only accept payment made by PayPal.

Returns for Refunds are only accepted in the following circumstances when reported to us within 7 days of arrival and in original packaging: Missing Item on arrival, Cosmetic Damage on arrival, Wrong Product Received, Verified Functional Failure on arrival. Buyer is responsible for return's shipping costs. Any other damage, or any faults reported after 7 days, or anything caused by you the customer will not be accepted.
