All Products are located in Hong Kong, and will be shipped directly from there so expect delays of up to 28 business days, though items typically arrive to the UK between 7 and 15 business days.

All orders will be shipped via the standard Free shipping Option which is free and will be sent by Standard Airmail. If you would like your order to be shipped by Registered Airmail which comes with a tracking number, an additional payment of £1.50 must be made, and you must state that you wish for your order to be sent via Registered Airmail in your Payment Notes on eCrater and PayPal.

In the unlikely event of product faults, Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances when reported to me within 7 days of arrival and in original packaging: Missing Item on arrival, Cosmetic Damage on arrival, Wrong Product Received, Verified Functional Failure on arrival.
Buyer is responsible for return's shipping costs.
Any other damage, any faults reported after 7 days, or anything caused by you the customer will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for any import duties and custom costs, please check the import duty rules of your country. We are not responsible for custom tax if goods were held in destination customs. In the unlikely event package is held by customs, customer has the duty to contact customs and pay for any charges to get the package to arrive safely.
You will receive an email when your order is being processed, and Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of processing.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by sending an email to [email protected]. Orders can not be cancelled once your order is being processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for whatever reason. Upon order cancelling the customer will be refunded.
